For all AQUA-LIFE customers, the lifetime routine maintenance is scheduled automatically in our system and can be confirmed anytime on our web-site. For your convenience, routine maintenance reminders are provided by mail and telephone 1-2 weeks prior to the scheduled date. If the scheduled date has passed, customers will receive up to 4 notices and information regarding routine maintenance will also appear on the billing statement.
Customers wishing to confirm the scheduled service date or who have received a notice should call AQUA-LIFE service, or click on the『A/S Request』 link on our website to request the service. If you request emergency service, you must call our service center.
Once the service request is submitted, we will make an appointment immediately and contact the customer a day in advance to confirm the appointment date and time.
