- Check if the stop valve or the water supply valve on the orange tube is closed.

- After using a large amount of hot water, it requires some time to heat up. Please use after 10 minutes or so.

If you’re not using the bidet for a long time (for vacation or trips), press the drainage lever on the side of the bidet body to drain the water in the water tank and unplug the power outlet.
